A).GUARANTEES
Any item may be exchanged or returned.
In case of exchange or return of an item, the costs will be borne by the customer.
In case of a logistical error of TASTE FROM PORTUGAL, the company will support the expenses of the return and the postage of sending the correct product.
In order to exchange or return a product, the customer must check the product on the delivery moment.
If the customer is not satisfied with a purchase that situation generates automatically a return and/or a refund.
B). ACCOUNT AND PERSINAL DATA
All customers must register in order to use the site. The personal data is strictly confidential. If a customer loses or forgets their password, he may get a new one in “ Forget your password”
The email sent to Taste from Portugal will constitute proof of the ordering, in accordance with the legal provisions and will allow the payment of the amounts that are listed in the purchase receipt.

TASTE FROM PORTUGAL is not responsible for any kind of issues regarding the Internet use, namely: virus, service disruptions and external instructions from hackers or any major force classified by the jurisdiction, as far as the law is extended.

I).CONSERVATION AND FILE OF TRANSACTIONS
The file of orders and invoices will be stored in a reliable and durable suppport to match a faithful and lasting copy.
J).APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The conditions of this contract apply to the Portuguese law. The jurisdiction in case of dispute, and the absence of agreement between the parties shall be submitted to the competent Courts of Portugal despite the plurality of defendants and / or whatever type of procedures.
